Restart astro dev after changing a content loader

After I changed the glob loader in content.config.ts and moved the files into year/month folders, the running dev server kept an old content cache. The /til page showed only 3 of 14 notes, while npm run build produced all of them.

Restarting the dev server fixed it:

astro dev stop
astro dev --background

If the dev page and the build disagree after a content config change, restart before debugging.
